A :This product supports android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 and above mobile operating systems. If your phone is below this system, the version will not work properly and will need to be upgraded. the device requires a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet. 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi router should be supported, Wi-Fi delay should not exceed 100ms, and network upload speed should not be less than 1MB/S. In the environment where Wi-Fi signal is weak, additional relay equipment is required because of outdoor long routing distances or barriers.
Q 2:Is there anything to note about user registration?
A :APP supports email registration. Note that some mailboxes may list business registration mail as spam. If you can't find the registration mail, check to see if it is included in the mail box.
Q 3:Why do I need to enter my home address after registering the APP?
A :The home address is used to identify the location of the device and to connect to the nearest server. there is no need to enter the detailed home address, but at least it needs to include the country and province/state. Open the APP location permission, then the address will be filled automatically.
